Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "beo4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the beo4d operating entity and its affiliates responsible for operating the platform accessible at beo4d.cam.
• "Platform" means the beo4d website, mobile application, and any associated software or services through which beo4d offers online betting, gaming, and account management functionality.
• "You" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a beo4d account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account associated with a unique Member on the Platform, through which the Member places bets, claims bonuses, and manages funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or matched deposit credit granted by beo4d to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to beo4d's mandatory identity and age verification process conducted prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the primary transactional currency on the beo4d Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 11.

Access to and use of the beo4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform. beo4d enforces this requirement strictly and will suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Member is under 21.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not expressly prohibited by the applicable laws binding upon you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. beo4d does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in any particular territory.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are under legal guardianship, or who have been declared legally incapable by a competent court, are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one beo4d Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — are a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across the duplicate accounts.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.

To access the full functionality of the beo4d Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. By doing so, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission and that you will update your account details promptly should any information change.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method. beo4d reserves the right to request additional identification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, or recent utility bill for proof of address.

beo4d operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If beo4d identifies that a Member holds more than one Account — whether discovered during KYC review, payment processing, or routine fraud monitoring — beo4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bonuses, and retain balances in duplicate Accounts pending investigation. Funds in the primary Account will be returned to the Member following successful identity verification.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. beo4d will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party who has obtained your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

All financial transactions on the beo4d Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). beo4d does not charge a platform-level transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently of beo4d.

Deposits. Funds may be deposited into your Account using the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (Tether, ERC-20 and TRC-20 networks). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment channel. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing timeframe specified for the selected channel.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The majority of approved withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are completed within three minutes of approval. Processing times for e-wallet and USDT withdrawals may differ and are indicated in the cashier interface. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your name. beo4d will not process transfers to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus with an active wagering requirement is attached to your Account may be held pending fulfilment of that requirement, unless you elect to forfeit the bonus before submitting the request.

Currency & Exchange. beo4d does not offer multi-currency conversion. All balances, wagers, and payouts are recorded and settled in IDR. USDT deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing rate published in the cashier at the time of deposit confirmation.

beo4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. Participation in any promotion is entirely voluntary and subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Clause.

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated clearly within each promotion's individual terms. Where the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of duplicate accounts, shared devices, or shared payment credentials — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus Validity. Bonuses carry an expiry date or validity window as stated in the promotion details. Unused bonus credits and unmet wagering requirements that lapse past the expiry date are forfeited without compensation.
• Real-Money Funds Priority. Where an Account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds simultaneously, real-money funds are used first for wagering by default unless the Platform's cashier interface specifies otherwise for a particular promotion type.
• Voiding Bonuses. beo4d reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an Account where it reasonably concludes that a Member has engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, arbitrage exploitation, or any form of systematic bonus abuse. Determinations made by beo4d under this sub-clause are final.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the beo4d Platform across all product categories, including sports betting (bandar bola, sports bookmaking markets), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot games. Product-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance. A bet is only confirmed and binding once the Platform has issued a confirmed bet reference number. Bets in a "pending" status have not yet been accepted and are not binding on either party.
• Obvious Errors. beo4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published as a result of a manifest error (typographical or otherwise). A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would have recognised as an error at the time of placement. beo4d will notify affected Members of any voided bets and will return the staked amount to the Member's Account balance.
• Maximum Payout. Individual and aggregate maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per product category. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's betting interface. Winnings in excess of published limits will be settled at the applicable limit rather than at the full calculated return.
• Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. beo4d reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during critical match moments. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected rather than accepted at a stale price.
• Void Events. In the event that a sporting fixture is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise declared void by the relevant sporting authority, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with beo4d's published sport-specific void rules accessible on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beo4d Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. beo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to void all bets and bonuses associated with that Account:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by beo4d.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any game, bet, or promotion.
• Participating in, facilitating, or otherwise engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity related to a sporting event on which beo4d offers betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to beo4d immediately and must not be exploited. Confirmed exploitation will result in permanent account closure and recovery of any gains obtained.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illicit purpose. beo4d cooperates with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across multiple accounts or operators using beo4d promotional funds in a manner that guarantees a profit regardless of outcome.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law while knowingly representing your eligibility to beo4d.

All content on the beo4d Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, audio-visual materials, odds data, and the beo4d brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of beo4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice; or use the beo4d brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context without prior written authorisation from beo4d.

Any unauthorised use of beo4d's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your account licence and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beo4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, even if beo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, beo4d specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers, banking institutions (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any e-wallet operator), or network infrastructure outside beo4d's direct control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any odds, statistics, or match-result information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

beo4d's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

beo4d collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, beo4d collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process financial transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you regarding your Account and applicable promotions. beo4d does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities is shared solely to the extent necessary for those specific purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by beo4d, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. Requests should be directed to our support contact address set out in Clause 13.

beo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, beo4d will provide notice to Members via the Platform's on-site notification system or by email to the address registered on your Account, with no less than seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Requests to close an Account should be directed to the support contact set out in Clause 13.

The current version of these Terms is always available at beo4d.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which beo4d is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. beo4d makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular territory.

Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the beo4d Platform or these Terms, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are capable of being resolved quickly and informally through direct communication. beo4d commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

Formal Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction. Class actions and collective proceedings against beo4d are waived to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Bet Settlement Finality. All bet settlement decisions made by beo4d in accordance with the published betting rules are final and binding once a settlement period has closed. Disputes regarding individual bet settlement must be submitted to the support team within 30 days of the relevant settlement date; claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
